Drains up

This is a two to three hour session that gets under the bonnet of your business and how it’s being run. We look at what’s working, what’s not and what’s getting in the way of you achieving your goals.  We include a Talent Dynamics profile so that we can assess the strategies that will work best as you grow your business and build your team. We identify the high priority areas of your business that need attention, from straightening out the operational administration or addressing cashflow issues to restructuring the business and management team to drive increased productivity and accountability.

You will come out of this session with clear next steps and a plan to take your business forward, whether that’s which product line to focus on, how to make the finances work so you can grow your team or where to find that key resource or person your business is missing. You will be clear about your options – what you can choose to do yourself and what we can help you with.

Drains up

Teaming Up is all about learning to work together in a whole new way. Ideal for teams of up to 15 people looking to improve productivity, communication and trust, this half-day workshop teaches you how to build an effective team by leveraging the strengths of others. We start by assessing the strengths of each individual and how they contribute to the team as a first step towards understanding the best ways to work together. We then move on to understanding your leadership style and structuring teams around key strengths and identify priorities and goals for the months ahead. Our Teaming Up workshop finishes with a number of actionable outputs and next steps, with clarity from all attendees on roles and responsibilities.

We also prepare your team for the change in structure and what it will mean for roles and responsibilities. We then focus on supporting the onboarding process to ensure that your COO has a ‘smooth landing’ but also manage your expectations and concerns as a business owner who wants to retain control of the business whilst ‘letting go’ and maximising your ‘new’ role.

This programme generally takes 3-6 months to complete and involves ‘in business’ personal support and guidance from our experienced team.
